Barhart Capital Properties is a one-stop-shop for rural land in Arizona. Our family has lived and worked in Arizona for the last six generations! We named our company after the Barhart Ranch, where our grandfather grew up growing cotton, raising cattle and exploring the countryside on his horse. That ranch has since been sold and developed into what is now part of the greater Phoenix metro area. To keep the adventurous spirit of our grandfather's childhood alive we've staked our own claim in helping our customers attain their piece of the Arizona west!
